High quality synthetic oil for demanding applicationsWith several years of experience on developing cutting edge technology on compressors, Atlas Copco has designed a unique additive package that enables the Roto Synthetic Fluid Ultra to work in harmony with all other components in the compressor.With extended service intervals of up to 4000 hours when operating in demanding conditions, RS Ultra is a combination of a premium synthetic base fluid with an enhanced additive package to allow your compressor to operate industry and humid conditions and keeping your system deposit free. This combination (base oil and tailor made additive package) insures compressor protection and improves the energy consumption when comparing with our mineral lubricants.Features Slow development of acids in the lubricant to extend oil life and maintain its properties within service intervals. Protection against sludge formation keeps the system clean and limits contamination through the oil separator. Oil viscosity remains at a more stable level, even at high temperatures. High hydrolytic stability prevents rust in case of water contamination. High ability to separate from water, important during the lubricant cooling phase. The ability to separate during the condensate treatment process. Thanks to the combination of a tailor made additive package and base oil, RS Ultra is less volatile. Longer service intervals will decrease the number of oil changes. Benefits Longer drain intervals: up to 4000 hours or 2 years even in demanding conditions. A lower pressure drop through the oil separator reduces energy consumption.
