This is a Auger Filler Machine, where the required amount of powder is dosed out by means of a vertically rotating screw called Auger.Theoretically, the volume of the powder that is dispensed is a product of the diameter of the screw (auger), the pitch of the screw (auger) and the number of revolutions of the auger per cycle. If the powder has constant bulk density the weight of the powder delivered is also constant. By controlling the number of times the screw rotates, we can fill any quantity of powder within the capacity of the auger. In this machine the auger rotates inside a conical hopper fitted with a special chute called funnel. The powder flows out of the funnel as long as the auger rotates. There is a stirrer which rotates in the conical hopper. The purpose of the stirrer is to keep the powder in a free flow state and to feed the product to the auger. The screw is driven by the servo motor and the stirrer is driven by a ¼ hp geared motor. A servo motor drives the auger shaft. A servo motor can operate at desired speeds and can stop instantly after the number of degrees of rotation. Machines are known for fine quality, optimum usage and available with optional vibrator with VFD helps to perfectly segregate the powder into the containers. Our unique Programming codes helps to reduce power consumption.Salient features: Available with single & multi head to enhance the filling speed .Machine is well equipped with latest instrumentation & unique programming code .Features like No bottle no Fill , Recipe Control & fault indication makes these machine more superior & user friendly.Stoppers & Counting sensors are provided to sense the arrival of the bottles .The Filling System is well driven by a suitable Servo Motor , which again drives the augur to fill perfect volumes into the bottles.The Servo Speed & Volume Setting like features can be customized through the HMI.The level Sensors in the Hoppers ensures perfect level during filling. It is again integrated with a Screw feeder which carries the material from main hopper to the Filling Hoppers.
