Product Details
An Auto-Drop Stacker is a fully automatic machine used in coil processing and sheet metal production lines to collect, align, and stack cut sheets in a neat and organized manner. It works together with machines like Flying Shear, Rotary Shear, Slitting Line, or Cut-to-Length Line. How an Auto-Drop Stacker Works Sheet Feed-In The cut sheet enters the stacker through guide rollers or conveyors. Automatic Alignment The sheet is aligned using pneumatic or mechanical side guides to ensure perfect stacking accuracy. Drop Mechanism After reaching the correct position, the stacker automatically drops the sheet onto the pallet/stacking table. Lifting Table Operation The stacker table gradually moves down as the sheet stack height increases. Full Stack Removal Once the stack is complete, the pallet or bundle is removed using a forklift or trolley.
