Machine has a full width grinding wheel of 200mm on oscillating principle with hydraulic movement. It has the plc base timer & positive driven centerless grinding attachment which is designed to grind ring frame & speed top rollers. The centerless attachment is operating by pneumatic system. A separe 25mm width Grinding wheel is provided to grind draw frame & taper grinding system is provided forcomber detaching roller comber top rollers between two centers. High efficient dust extraction unit is provided. Taper grinding system is provided for comber detaching roller. Product capacity:- 300 to 350 top rollers for ring frame & speed frame per hour Programmable logic controls Most modern plc is introduced with user friendly man-machine-interface (mmi) to operate machine without any difficulty. The timer shows all the required data which eliminates human error. Get extra benefits with auto fidding systems Improved efficiency of machine. No fear of accident.
