Empty bottles are fed manually on to the in-feed Air conveyor. From there bottles are carried to the Rinsing section. Bottles are gripped by neck & get inverted on rinsing nozzles. Rinsed bottles are inverted again and travel straight, held by neck, to the filling station.The machine can wash plastic polyester bottle or glass bottle automatically. It completes the whole process: Catch bottles from conveyor, wash inside of bottle with water and drain out, then return back to conveyor. Model.Rinsing machines are basically broken down into two different categories, wet rinsers and air rinsers. Wet rinsers can use a variety of different liquids, but water is probably the most common. A blast of water can loosen and wash contaminants out of a variety of different bottle types and sizes.
