These machines use hydraulic pressure and high-frequency vibration, managed by programmable logic controllers (PLC), to ensure high efficiency, consistent quality, and large-scale output.Full Automation: All major operations—including material batching, mixing, molding, vibration, compaction, and stacking—are automatically controlled, typically via PLC systems.Hydraulic & Vibration Technology: Employs powerful hydraulic systems (with pressures up to 21 MPa or more) and vibration mechanisms (up to 100 kN exciting force) to produce dense, high-strength bricks and blocks.High Production Capacity: Can produce thousands of bricks per hour; for example, some models output 6,000–14,400 solid bricks or 2,160–7,500 hollow blocks per hour, depending on the brick size and machine configuration.Versatile Output: Capable of manufacturing various products—including solid bricks, hollow blocks, paving stones, curbstones, and interlocking blocks—by changing molds.Precision & Quality: Ensures tight dimensional tolerances (often within 1–2 mm), high compressive strength, and uniformity in finished products.Industrial Construction: Built with robust steel frames and components for durability and continuous operation in demanding environments.
