Product Details
The Automatic Double Side Labelling Machine applies labels to both sides of square, flat and oval bottles on industrial packaging lines. It processes between 40 and 50 bottles each minute plus sustains that pace without interruption. A 220 V single phase supply feeds the unit, which converts the energy into steady, low waste motion. Once the operator sets the parameters, the machine completes the whole cycle without further manual input. It accepts PET, HDPE and steel containers - one unit serves multiple packaging formats. Sensors but also servo drives position each label within tight tolerances on the front and back faces. The build suits high speed production halls as well as raises overall labeling accuracy while it upholds uniform quality.
