An Automatic Double Side Sticker Labeling Machine serves to place labels on two sides of flat bottles within packaging lines that function without manual intervention. It is built to operate automatically and it provides labels in a way that is exact plus increases the rate of production. For the purpose of reliable results, the machine uses a PLC controller and a servo motor drive which allow the system to function steadily but also position labels accurately. On a power supply of 220 V with 2.5 kW of power used, the device is appropriate for industrial tasks that do not stop. By its design the equipment applies sticker labels to both sides of bottles that have flat surfaces and this makes the unit useful for needs where packaging occurs in large quantities.
