The machine pressurizes the material briefly, turning moisture into steam for expansion, then slightly opens the mold to let it pop into shape. Finished chips eject onto a conveyor for cleaning to remove unpopped bits and fines.Post-Popping StagesChips move to a seasoning drum for flavor coating, followed by cooling and packaging.
