Product Details
The Automatic Fruit Juice Packaging Machine fills and seals fruit juice into bottles with speed plus accuracy. It handles volumes from 100 ml up to 1000 ml - one unit covers many bottle sizes. The system runs without an operator once it starts and it places liquid into 35 - 40 bottles every minute - the complete line finishes 30 - 40 bottles in the same period. The frame measures six feet long but also five feet high, occupies little floor space and weighs between 300 kg and 350 kg, which keeps it steady while it works. A 220-volt supply drives the motors as well as sensors and the layout keeps power use low. Indian workshops build each unit from strong parts or the solid construction lasts through long production cycles. Because every stage from bottle feed to cap tightener is automated, staff only load bulk material and remove cartons - the line repeats each motion without change next to keeps the process steady for large scale juice plants.
