The HF-8000 is a versatile and powerful bench top crimping press. This dynamic bench top crimping press is uniquely designed for optimal ease of use and change over. This HF-8000 unit features an integrated LED light source built into the work area and focused on the crimp tooling for optimal visibility.The terminal reel bracket allows for quick change from side to end feed terminal reels. The HF-8000 also includes a standard pneumatic feed kit for operation of air – feed applicator.The robust electronic control operates on 440V three phase power. It also features both a forward and reverse jog mode for set – up and resetting of the crimping units. A Heavy Duty version is also available for more demanding crimping applications.The OPTIONAL crimp force monitor provides for quality monitoring of each crimp.Features:• High Quality precision bench top crimping.• Forward and Reverse jog mode.• Built in light focused on crimping tooling.• Integrated pneumatic feed system.• Optional crimp force monitor available.• Quick – charge applicator base plate.• Terminal guides for changing between side & rear feed terminals• Counters for lot size, batch size and total machine cycle.• Variable press cycle speed for difficult applications.• Inching function for tool setup.• Automatic home position function.• Fine adjustment of crimping height (micro – adjustment).• Strong steel, machined based and frame.• Pneumatic valve attachment to feed the air feed applicator.
