For example, some models can output 2,160–2,880 hollow blocks per hour (size 400×200×200 mm), or up to 23,000+ blocks in an 8-hour shift, depending on block size and machine configuration.Versatility: By changing molds, the machine can manufacture various products including hollow blocks, solid bricks, paver blocks, curbstones, and more.Material Flexibility: Can process a wide range of raw materials such as cement, sand, stone dust, fly ash, slag, and other industrial wastes, supporting eco-friendly construction.Precision & Quality: Delivers blocks with tight dimensional tolerances (often within 1 mm), high compressive strength, and uniform finish, meeting industry standards such as BIS 2185-1 (2005).Robust Construction: Built with heavy-duty steel frames and quality components for durability and continuous industrial use.
