Product Details
The Automatic Horizontal Band Sealer is a solid machine for pouch sealing in many packaging uses. With a mild steel build, it offers a long run with very little upkeep. The machine seals pouches from 50 gm to 2 kg providing options for different product sizes. A 5 mm seal width gives consistent, tight seals, which keeps products good and safe. On the conveyor, a load of up to 10 kg is possible, a feature suitable for medium to heavy packaging work. A 1 HP motor powers the sealer giving smooth, fast, constant work. Its flat way makes it quite good for dry items such as snacks, grains, powders, or chemicals. As a fully automatic machine, this band sealer raises output as it lowers the amount of hand work on packaging lines.
