Automatic Gluing Machinery that can rapidly dispense hot glue in different shapes, patterns and designs. This machinery is useful for applications where gluing patterns are repeated. Simply stack the substrates on the working table, prepare your design and click on the start button.With its HMI controller designs can easily be created or can be downloaded in the controller via a USB stick. The machinery not only makes your production more efficient but also saves glue cost. Our clients have reported that the glue consumption has dropped by at least 40%. The CNC gluer replaces the manual dispensing operation with automatic application which apart from saving labour cost is also simple, convenient, high speed and accurate. Some of the products using our CNC are surgical drapes, product assembly, rigid boxes etc.
