The Automatic Industrial DM Water Plant (100 LPH) - Mixed Bed Technology delivers demineralized water for industrial sites that demand high purity. It supplies 100 liters of water each hour and runs without manual intervention. Mixed bed ion exchange resin removes dissolved salts down to trace levels - the output meets stable conductivity limits. The unit ships factory new plus bolts into place with standard pipe unions. Valves besides PLC arrive pre wired - startup takes a few hours. Internal cycles rinse and regenerate the resin bed automatically, cutting daily upkeep to an occasional salt check. Output suits boiler feed, rinse tanks but also lab glasswash. Each skid passes pressure and leakage tests before dispatch. The carbon steel frame carries a five year warranty - resin beds last three to five years under normal feed. Overall height stays below 1.5 m - the machine fits through a standard doorway as well as slides beside existing tanks.
