These machines integrate advanced hydraulic and vibration compaction technologies, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and automated material handling to deliver consistent, high-strength paver blocks with minimal manual intervention.Automation: All production stages—including raw material feeding, batching, mixing, molding, compaction, and block ejection—are controlled automatically via PLC systems, ensuring precise operation and uniform quality.Hydraulic & Vibro Compaction: Utilizes powerful hydraulic cylinders (with pressures up to 21 MPa) and high-frequency vibration (typically 60–90 Hz) to achieve dense, durable, and precisely shaped paver blocks.Production Capacity: Capable of producing between 1,800 and 7,500 paver blocks per hour, depending on the model and mold size. For example, the KHM120HV model produces 1,800 zigzag pavers per hour, while other advanced models can reach up to 7,500 pavers per hour.Cycle Time: Each production cycle typically lasts 14–30 seconds, enabling high throughput.Versatility: Supports a wide range of paver block shapes and sizes (e.g., zigzag, I-shape, hexagonal, interlocking) by changing molds.Material Handling: Features automated hoppers, conveyors, and pan mixers for efficient management of raw materials.Robust Construction: Built with heavy-duty steel or mild steel frames for durability and long service life, with high-capacity hydraulic and electronic components.Quality Control: Produces blocks with uniform dimensions, high compressive strength, and low water absorption, suitable for heavy-duty and decorative paving applications.
