Product Details
Key Features: Pallets: The machine uses pallets (usually made of wood, plastic, or steel) to carry the mixture of fly ash, cement, sand, and other materials during the brick production process. The pallets are placed in the machine to hold the mold while the bricks are formed. Automatic Feeding System: The raw materials are fed automatically into the machine, ensuring consistent ratios and efficient mixing. Hydraulic Pressing: The mixture is subjected to high pressure via a hydraulic system to form solid bricks with the desired density and strength. Molding: The brick molds are placed on pallets, and the machine automatically fills them with the mixture before compressing the mixture into brick shapes. Output & Stacking: The bricks are automatically stacked on pallets once they are ready, and these pallets are either moved manually or through a conveyor system to the next phase of the process.
