An Automatic Ready Mix Concrete With Fly Ash Brick Making Machine is an industrial machine designed to automate the production of bricks using a mixture of ready-mix concrete and fly ash as primary raw materials. The machine integrates the processes of batching, mixing, molding, and curing to produce high-strength, eco-friendly bricks with minimal manual intervention.Key Features and Working Principle:Automatic Operation: The machine uses a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system to control the entire brick-making process, including automatic weighing, batching, mixing, pressing, and ejection of bricks, ensuring consistent quality and high productivity.Raw Materials: Utilizes fly ash (a byproduct of coal combustion), cement, sand, stone dust, and water. Fly ash is mixed with cement and aggregates to form a concrete mixture, which is then shaped into bricks.Mixing and Batching: Raw materials are loaded and automatically weighed in a batching plant. Water is added as per preset requirements, and the mixture is homogenized using a twin-shaft or pan mixer for uniform consistency.Molding and Compaction: The mixed material is fed into molds where hydraulic pressure and/or vibration compact the mixture into bricks. The process ensures high compressive strength and uniformity in brick size and shape.Ejection and Curing: After molding, bricks are automatically ejected onto pallets or conveyors for curing, which typically lasts 7–28 days to achieve the desired strength.Versatility: The machine can produce various types of bricks, including solid, hollow, and paving blocks, by changing the molds.
