Product Details
We offers Automatic Screw Capping Machine with vibratory bowl feeder and conveyorized system for automatically capping rigid bottles and containers. Machine is ideal for application in Pharmaceutical, Food, Soap and oil industries. Machine is provided with vibratory bowl feeding system as per the cap shape and size. Specially designed chute automatically place cap on the bottle during the operations. Machine is suitable for various sizes and shape of bottles and cap with the help of change parts. Turn table and inspection table are provided for the in feed of bottle and collecting the bottles respectively as per the requirement of application. The filled bottles/containers are fed on the slat conveyor from the rotary turn table. Bottles are placed in precisely carved out groove on star wheel. Caps are fed in to the Chute from the bowl feeder and are automatically placed on the bottle before the bottle is precisely held under the rotating head which will cap the bottle with required pressure. Capped bottles are then collected on the turn table or inspection table as per the application requirements.
