DESCRIPTION:-
AANAL INDUSTRIES Servo Base Liquid Filling Machine works on Servo Motor & Gear Pump principle with Diving Nozzle.
The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, consists of S.S. Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centering devices.
No container No filling system.
The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of A/c Motor with synchronized variable A/c Frequency Drive.
It is used to fill liquid in below industries:

OPERATION:-
Automatic High Speed Servo Driven Linear Bottle Liquid Filling Machine is designed to fill liquid syrups in round or flat bottles in intermittent linear motion.
It uses Driven Drip Proof NRV Nozzle for filling operation thus giving a privilege to set fill volume from PLC. This machine has Provision for Dive-in nozzles in order to fill foam based liquid.
The design of machine is so flexible that number of heads can be customized according to customer�s requirement and speed.

The structure is made of SS 304.
An inbuilt PLC and Touch Screen HMI for control and operation of machine.
Fill volume setting through PLC.
Elegant and easy reach control panel for total control and operation.
�No Container � Machine Stop� saves valuable liquid and down time for cleaning.
Stainless Steel Frame is provided for corrosion resistance.
Pneumatically controlled Bottle Stoppers for filling.
No Change Parts Required for different size of bottle diameter. (Except change of fill volume).
Adjustable conveyor guide rails to accommodate with different products.
