Product Details
By using the Automatic Servo Filling Machine, an operator fills jars and bottles at speeds required for industry. It is made from grade 304 stainless steel. As the servo driven heads function automatically, they provide volumes that are the same every time - this process reduces the amount of material that people waste and shortens the time that people spend when they change settings. For operation a person uses a 220V single phase power supply. Because the controls are simple for a person to use, the machine does not require much work to maintain for constant production. In one minute the machine fills as many as 40 bottles. It increases the number of items produced but the quality of the fill remains high. When New Wave Machinery built this unit, they used stainless steel so that the parts last for a long time. The design follows rules for cleanliness so that individuals can use it for food, medicine and beauty products. Due to its small size and low use of electricity, the machine fits into lines that already exist. If a person needs to clean or sterilize the parts, they can do so quickly.
