Application & Process : Automatic dry powder auger filler is a versatile filling machine ideal for non-free flowing, fluffy & sticky powders in bottles. e.g. Pharmaceuticals powder, talcum powder, tooth powder, custard powder, pesticide powders, ground spices etc.Auger fillers are machines which fill the right amount of a product into its container. The product is stored in a vessel called the hopper and in each cycle, the filler dispenses a predetermined amount of the product into the package.In the initial process of the powder filling machine, the machine runs on a principle of positive displacement that allows the screw that operates under a permanent head. The Auger of the machine dispatches the product, which passes through a funnel in the pouch/ container of the powder filler machine.
