1.Tank : Vertical rectangular/Cylindrical tank with opening cover consists of:
a.Inner tank stainless steel AISI 304.
b.Very efficient full flow Copper tube Evaporator (Laser welded Evaporator – Optional)
c. Outer tank , Stainless steel AISI 304,
d. Insulation with high density non CFC polyurethane foam , 75 mm thickness ( *Correct to 40 mm)
e. Cover Stainless steel AISI 304, with filling hole (Ø200 mm) with plastic cover and Gaz spring with easy opening.
f. Four adjustable legs,
g. Outlet valve Ø 38 mm SMS with plastic Cover (Butter fly valve)
2. Agitation and homogenization
a. Low speed gear motor (30 rpm)
b. Automatic safety stops of agitator at cover opening.
c. Automatic programmed agitation as well as continuous agitation.
d. Homogenization of milk fat in 2 minutes according to ISO 5708 standard
