Industrial Tissue Paper Making Machines. A paper machine that has a single large steam heated drying cylinder, also known as the Yankee dryer, attached with a hot air hood is used to produce a tissue paper. Paper pulp is the raw material used in the production process.The tissue production process starts in the paper mill where the pulp paste, is treated with hot water refined and manufactured in order to obtain parent reels. The process proceed in the converting plants were the parents reel are processed to obtain products ready to go on the shelves.Tissue paper is produced on a paper machine that has a single large steam heated drying cylinder (Yankee dryer) fitted with a hot air hood. The raw material is paper pulp. The Yankee cylinder is sprayed with adhesives to make the paper stick.There are six parts of a tissue paper machinery that carry various processes. They are Headbox, Press Section, Hood, Yankee, Yankee Doctor, and Reel. The “stock” that was made of fibers are sprayed into the headbox and distributed evenly along the width of the machine.Tissue processing is the technique by which fixed tissues are made suitable for embedding within a supportive medium such as paraffin, and consists of three sequential steps: dehydration, clearing, and infiltration.
