A twin screw extruder is a closed barrel machine that is made up of two intermeshing, co-rotating screws that are mounted on splined shafts. Because the screws are tight and self-wiping, static zones are eliminated throughout the process section. As a result of this, the system is extremely efficient and self-cleaning.Twin screw extruders can be used in polymer, chemical, and food industries for mixing a variety of consumer products like:

Extruders are used to precisely control processing conditions so that viscous substances can be extruded into high-quality structured products. Extrusion is used to make plastic compounds, chemically modified polymers, textured food and feed products, cellulose pulps, and other products.
RPVC Pipe Production Line consists of a high-speed mixing group, twin-screw extruder, Dies and Die Head, Vacuum diameter calibrating cooling water tank, haul-off, ink printer, saw cutter, stacker, ect. The line applies unique screw design, which features with short remaining time for materials in the barrel, and good compounding and plasticizing effect. It adopts a reduction box of super quality, with nice outline, stable running and low noise. Finned ceramic heater for barrel heating and air cooling system brings precise temperature control. A vacuum degassing system can get rid of moisture and volatile gas from the materials and guarantee the super quality of products. Main motor applies silicon controlled DC speed regulator or variable frequency speed regulator, which provides stable torque output and step less speed regulation. It is suitable for the processing of PVC or UPVC powder. Main technical parameter for PVC/UPVC Pipe Production Line.
