Vial Cap Sealing Machine or vial cap sealer is suitable for flip-off cap sealing of injectable glass vials. This Vial Sealing Machine is uses in the pharmaceutical, veterinary and biotech industry for performance & GMP demanding customers.In this method, a pressure block applies an appropriate and uniform pressure onto the vial, stopper and seal. A disc then gently and consistently tucks the aluminum under the flange of the vial crown, securing the seal. Properly sealed vials are essential as they help to achieve that highest objective – patient safety.Crimp seals, which are produced at controlled conditions of jaw design, temperature, pressure, and dwell, are measured in terms of force required to open the seam. The following properties are calculated and reported. Crimp seal strength is the maximum force to peel open a seal made at specified conditions.
