The Automatic Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine fills glass in addition to PET bottles - it manages sizes from 10 ml to 1000 ml. The machine runs on a 415V AC, 50 Hz, three phase electric system, so it performs dependably in industrial areas. Its frame consists of mild steel covered with SS 304, which provides durability and resists rust. With a fill exactness of and or minus 1 % for each dose, it assures uniform item quality. The system handles various bottle diameters, from 15 mm to 90 mm. It produces 30 to 120 bottles a minute. Stainless steel 316L nozzles come with the machine - it offers several head or syringe choices: 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12. This offers adaptability for diverse production needs. The machine moves bottles from left to right, which simplifies how it fits into a workflow. It weighs about 450 kg. The machine feels sturdy and takes up little room in factories.
