We are the pioneer in the world of manufacturing Automotive Steering Column Assembly Machine which is used to assemble shaft sub assembly, tyre housing, roller bearing, needle bearing and jacket sub assembly. The operator can easily transfer the assembled parts from one stage to the other. This machine is equipped with several insertions of circlips which are inserted and finally checked by the sensors for ensuring the correct position. For the purpose of dumpling rejected assemblies there is a scrap box fitted with sensors. This avoids the passing of the rejected assemblies to the next step of operation.
