1. BASIC PRICE : Above prices are ex.works AHMEDABAD and Inclusive of Soft corrugated packing.

2. FREIGHT / DELIVERY / COURIER CHARGE / TRANSPORTATION CHARGES  : EXTRA. NO any separate invoice provided for it if customer paid us charges. That will be mentioned in our invoice only. IF CUSTOMER WANT MATERIAL THROUGH COURIER AND WANT TO PAY CHARGES AT THERE LOCATION THEN CUSTOMER HAVE TO BOOK MATERIAL AND ARRANGE  TO PICKUP FROM OUR LOCATION.

* PACKING FORWARDING : Extra as mentioned above.

3. NO LD / PENALTY CLAUSE : We don’t accept Penalty Clause / LD & Risk purchase clause under any circumstance.

4. GST : 18% Extra on basic price OR as applicable at the time of dispatch.

5. DELIVERY : Within 5-10 days from receipt of purchase order. OR depending on PO Qty.

6. PAYMENT : 100% ADVANCE.

7. Insurance : On customer scope if need by customer.

8. WARRANTY : 12 Months for any Manufacturing Defect only at our workshop at

Asarwa, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. NO ANY WARRANTY OR GURRANTY IN LOADCELL AND BATTERY.

9. Certification : Gujarat Govt.legal metrology Stamping Certificate Charge Include. 

NABL / IQ-PQ-OQ OR ANY OTHER CERTIFICATE / REPORTS ARE CHARGEABLE.

10. Service/ Installation / Visit : Physical Installation Not Provided. No Any Service/ Installation / on call Visit during Warranty period.  service / Installation or on call visit Chargeable.

11. WARRANTY stands cancelled for all or any of the following cases:

This Warranty is valid for a Normal 8 hours per shift per day operational usage of the  Equipment.

The scope of Warranty, however, does not include items subject to normal wear & tear condition.

i.) Weigh scale used for other purpose than its specified usage or uneven distributed load on scale.

ii.) Load cell Equipment as whole or in parts is modified , damaged or altered in any manner, either temporarily or permanently under any circumstances without written permission of the supplier.

iii.) Damages/Repairs/Replacement necessitated due to negligence, Misuse, Overloading or Willful damage to equipment or damage due to Force Majeure Circumstances.  iv.) Load cell will damage if Proper Earthing And Electrical Power Distribution Board Will Be Not Done By The Customers.

v.) Warranty Stands Cancelled In Case The Weighing Machine Is Serviced Or Tempered By Un-Authorized Person.

vi.) Damages, Overload,  Fire, Ele.Short Circuit / Sparking , Natural Disaster like as Vijli, Volcano, Twistter Etc. Natural and unnatural conditions will void warranty.

12. VALIDITY : Above Prices are valid till 10 Days from Offer date OR Prices are Subject to change without Prior Notice OR Price will be intimated as per the escalation of the Raw material’s prices.

13. OTHER TERMS :  Goods once sold will not be taken back. Once Customized PO placed with Advance Payment cannot be cancelled on any condition Or Advance will be forfeited.

14. Unloading : Customer Have to provide labour for unloading material.

15. Necessity :  Customer have to provide dress / helmat / safety shoes / Spacts etc which is require for enter in customer premises.

16. We are not responsible for Transportation / courier Damages / Mishandeling.
