These automated systems utilize a multi-step process for a sparkling clean. Trays are loaded onto a conveyor and enter a wash chamber with a heated cleaning solution specifically formulated for baked-on sugar and dough. High-pressure spray nozzles, strategically positioned brushes, and optional ultrasonic cleaning (for heavily soiled trays) work together to remove all residue. Finally, the trays are rinsed with fresh water and hot air-dried, emerging hygienically clean and ready for reuse.
