Scrap Baling Press Machine - 15 HP, Semi-Automatic functions with a 15 HP motor and a semi automatic system to process industrial waste. It is a machine that workers operate with a hand lever to compress light steel, copper and aluminium fragments into dense blocks. The motor uses a three phase electrical supply to power a vane pump. There is a hydraulic cylinder that moves across a 50-inch distance during the compression cycle. As the machine operates, it creates bales with dimensions of 22 "×16" by 50 " baling chamber, and 400-litre oil tank, producing uniform 16" by 16 inches. The structure is built to withstand high levels of mechanical stress during the baling process. Under those specifications, the equipment transforms loose metal pieces into organized units for transport or recycling.
