Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.A band sealer is a machine which uses heat and pressure to consistently seal pouch packaging in a continuous fashion. All devices feature a conveyor band or roller system to draw the pouches through the machine to apply a consistent heat and pressure forming a airproof, hermetic seal.Application: SPCS 900 continuous band sealer is suitable for sealing small package in foodstuffs, general merchandise, medicine, spices , seeds and chemical industries.Sealing Equipment encompasses machines and devices whose tasks range from enclosing packages in flexible films to closing up boxes, cartons, and bags. Machines can be operated manually, or semi- or fully-automatically.
