Identical to the approach taken for busbars for other applications, these battery copper busbars are manufactured with ETP copper, and customized for specific battery interconnections. Bare copper, tinned, and nickel plated finishes are available in addition to heat-shrink sleeves for insulation on request. We make customized busbars with services potentially including punched holes, bends, laminated busbars, coatings and insulations as requested on your drawings and designs.
