BEATING & FREENESS TESTER (SR TYPE) REGULAR & MECHANICAL LIFTING MODEL This instrument is used for determination of refining as freeness of wood fibre, ground wood Mechanical pulp and recycle fibers. It measures the drainage capacity of beaten pulp and checking the progress of beating process.Model with provision of Mechanically controlled valve lifting and Plexiglas measuring cylinder for Schopper Riegler value with standard wire mesh. ??A stock dilution of 2 Grams/Ltr. is poured into the cylindric container. After 5 seconds the sealing cone is lifted at an after the acceleration constant speed rate, and the stock is drained through a wire, passes through the side orifice, and is a measure of the draining capacity of the sample.
