Product Details
The Stainless Steel Belt Conveyor - 30 to 40 RPM moves materials between machines that process and package goods. It is manufactured in India from SS 304 or SS 316 steel so that the surfaces stay clean, last a long time and do not rust. The machine is equipped with a gear motor that provides 1.5 - 2 HP of power. It operates at a speed of 30 - 40 RPM. There are belts made of leather or PU with a thickness of 1.5 - 3 mm that carry the items. To ensure the system works reliably, the design uses those specific components. Because of the choice of metal, the conveyor resists damage from chemicals and moisture. On the frame the motor provides the necessary force for rotation. And the belts maintain contact with the materials during the transfer.
