We offer:ELECTRODES FOR RESISTANCE WELDINGGrades:CCNB (CuCoNiBe), DIN 2.1285 (Mallory 100, Hovadur CCB)Cobalt Nickel Beryllium Copper Alloy contains approximately 1% Cobalt, 1% Nickel and 0.5% Beryllium. After hot forging and heat treatment processes this material gains considerably hardness, electrical and thermal conductivity as well. A very hard Copper Beryllium alloy with good electrical conductivity. Mainly used for spot and seam welding of stainless steel, but also for hot, projection and resistance welding. Material designation, EN standard CuCo1Ni1Be Material No., EN standard CW103C Material No., former DIN standard None. Comparable to 2.1285 (CuCo2Be) Material No., UNS system (ASTM) None. Comparable to C17500 (CuCo2Be) Classification RWMA (USA) Class 3 CCNB is a thermally precipitation hardenable copper alloy.
