Cooling the bottle is to remove the heat inside the bottle by the exhaust valve during cold blowing.Once the mold is sealed, a blow pin is inserted into the neck area of the bottle and air is blown into it. The air pressure causes the parison to conform to the shape of the mold, including the threads in the neck portion of the mold. The mold is then cooled, and the bottom of the parison is trimmed.A bottle blow molding machine is an equipment that blows bottles, through the careful process of turning plastic pellets into hollow containers through a blow molding system. The most known common types of machines used for this are the PET and PC blow molding machines.This bottle for bottle method requires the bartenders to save finished liquor bottles and exchange them for new bottles during requisition.
