The Automatic Biodiesel Production Plant – 10 Ton/day Capacity, PLC Control is designed for industrial biodiesel manufacturing applications. There is a design for the Automatic Biodiesel Production Plant with a capacity of 10 tons per day for use in industrial settings. It is capable of producing 10 tons of biodiesel every day so that the output remains large and constant. As the machine uses a power supply between 380 V and 415 V, the performance in the factory is steady. For every ton of material that the system processes, it uses about 40 kW of electricity. To manage the process with precision, the equipment uses a PLC control system that makes the work automatic. If the requirements for capacity change, the system is available as either a continuous or a batch configuration. Due to the fact that the flash point is higher than 130°C, the fuel meets standards for safety and reliability.
