The biscuit machine is a machine specially used for biscuits forming, which can make biscuits in large quantities. The ingredients are mixed into a dough that is then kneaded and rolled to a uniform thickness. Biscuit shapes are cut from it, and placed in a travelling oven. Some biscuits require special preparation and cooking techniques.There are primarily four stages of making the biscuit in a factory – mixing, forming, baking, and cooling. In the mixing stage, flour, fat, sugar, water and other ingredients are mixed together in the right proportion in large mixers to form the dough.
