Rubber rollers are cylindrical rollers that are used to flatten the surface of the materials like metals, pulp, paper, fabrics food stuffs and other products. The rollers ensure the uniform flattening and avoids ruptures, folds or defects in the materials.The rotary moulding process consists of pressing the dough into moulds on a roll and then extracting the dough pieces on a cotton canvas extraction web. The moulds have the complete design for the biscuit.The primary use for rollers is to crush, knead or vibrate loose materials by applying direct pressure. The rolling process is used to compact loosely bound foundation materials, so they remain compacted and do not come loose.
