It is designed to reheat and melt asphalt safely and economically that comes in drums. This liquid can be stored in separate tanks or can be transferred into tankers as and when required. Bitumen decanter equipment from Atlas can be integrated with existing asphalt plant or binder plant.Bitumen decanter, also named bitumen melting machine and bitumen , is a facility mainly applied to melt the solid bitumen from barrels via thermal oil circulating and transferring heat. The liquid bitumen can be used for asphalt plants to produce asphalt mix, as well as other industrial purposes.Bitumen drum decanter is a machine for safe and reliable melting of bitumen. It can safely extract bitumen from the barrels or bags by a melting method. The process of working of bitumen drum decanter is safe because it uses heat generated by the hot oil for the melting process.
