Particularly recommended for use in systems operating with R22 refrigerant at low evaporation temperatures. Bitzer B100 oil has extremely low carbon formation when operating at high thermal loads. Excellent thermal stability and miscibility in the presence of halogenated refrigerants, in particular R22. Very good oxidation resistance. Particularly good solubility with respect to alkaline reaction products (oxidized hydrocarbons plus ammonia).
