Echain turning tool holders are designed to securely hold indexable carbide inserts for external turning, profiling, facing, and shoulder work on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built for rigidity and accuracy, these holders minimise vibration and tool deflection so you get repeatable part tolerances and improved surface finishes. Available in a wide range of styles — boring bars, turning holders (right/left/neutral), copy turning holders, grooving holders, and heavy-duty roughing holders — Echain tool holders support common insert geometries (CCMT, CNMG, SNMG, VNMG, DCMT, etc.) and clamping systems (screw clamp, wedge clamp, hydraulic & shrink-fit options for bars). Engineered from hardened, ground steel and finished with corrosion-resistant coatings, Echain holders provide low runout and stable insert positioning across long production runs. Many models include coolant-through capability, adjustable shim systems, and quick-change designs to shorten setup time and reduce downtime. Whether you're machining shafts, housings, or complex profiles, Echain turning tool holders are well suited for job-shop flexibility and production stability — delivering consistent results for automotive, hydraulic, oil & gas, and general engineering parts.
