Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing of dry powders and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. The effective volume for optimum homogeneity is between 35-70% of gross volume.In the chemical industry, it is been used in the mixing of chemicals, dry powdered detergents, glass or ceramic, fertilizer etc. Different ingredients are been used in the pharmaceutical industry. In order to mix the ingredients dry powder mixing cone blender is been used.A double cone blender is more suitable for mixing 2 to 5 ingredients. V blenders, which are V-shaped, offer short blending times while being highly efficient. Blending is performed by two connected cylinders that constantly divide and intermesh particle movement that achieves blend variations of 1 to 2 percent.
