Blood Bag Tube Sealer is a portable and efficient device designed for hermetically sealing blood bag tubing for safe blood collection, storage, and transfusion applications. The body is fabricated from high-quality C.R.C. sheet with durable powder-coated finish, while the front section is covered with Stainless Steel along with an S.S. splash guard for enhanced safety and hygiene. The unit is compact, lightweight, and fitted with four rubber feet for stable operation. A carrying flap is provided for easy portability. It is suitable for sealing tubing with diameters ranging from 3 to 6 mm and provides clear break-line seals for snap-apart separation. The sealing time ranges from 0.5 to 2 seconds, ensuring fast and reliable performance. Approximate machine dimensions are 350 × 210 × 150 mm with 5 kg weight. The system is supplied with one year warranty.
