Product Details
1. Construction of the acoustic panel will dismount able and modular openings will allow the easy maintenance. 2. Panel will be without base panel but there will be base frame of MS angle of size 100 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm (ISMC approved) which would provide the complete support to the Acoustic whole structure fastener. (Angle make of MSP) 3. Outer panels will be made of SWG 16 high quality CRCA sheets. (Sheet make of TATA BUKARO ) 4. The inside cavity shall be filled with high quality resin bounded 96kg/m3 Absorber slabs of 100 mm thickness confirming . (Rockwool Make of ROCKWOOL INDIA ) 5. Inside surfaces will be of G.I. perforated sheet 0.6 mm having 42% exact open area for the maximum dissipation of sound energy. (Perforated Sheet Make of SAIL BUKARO ) 6. In front of machine there will be Single leaf two doors. 7. Fibroid tissue paper ( fire resistive 50 GSM) will be used to support the insulation material ( U. P. TWIGA FIBERGLASS LTD.) 8. Doors will be fixed with high quality neoprene gasket to remove all the air gaps. (Gas kit make of ASP ) 9. All total SS passivity hardware is used to avoid rusting. (Make of SUNRISE SS ) 10. Outer finish – Powder coating will be done on outer & inner side of the chamber color will be chosen by the customer. (By Default customer choice ) ( Make of Tuff
