The 3S 20A NMC Battery Protection and Charger BMS Hardware with Nickel is a Battery Management System (BMS) designed for 3-series (3S) Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) battery packs. This module ensures safe and efficient charging and discharging by providing 20A continuous discharge current, making it ideal for applications such as electric bikes, power tools, robotics, drones, and backup power systems. Equipped with overcharge protection, the BMS prevents individual cells from exceeding safe voltage levels, enhancing battery lifespan. Over-discharge protection ensures that the cells do not drop below the critical voltage, preventing deep discharge damage. It also includes overcurrent and short-circuit protection, which safeguards the battery pack from excessive current draw or electrical faults that could cause overheating or damage. This BMS module features a nickel strip connection, making it easy to integrate into battery packs. Additionally, the balanced charging function ensures that all cells within the pack charge evenly, reducing performance degradation and maximizing efficiency.
