It delivers a hygienic, dust-free, and seamless protective finish ideal for areas requiring chemical resistance and safety. The coating exhibits high hardness, excellent abrasion resistance, and a flexible viscosity—making it suitable for both floors and walls. It remains stable over a wide temperature range and offers strong resistance to alkalis, diluted acids, salts, oils, and hydrocarbonsQ1. What applications suit Epoxy Coat 209?It's ideal for hygienic wall and floor coatings—such as in food processing units, aquaculture tanks, water storage systems, chemical loading areas, and clean-room environments.Q2. How durable is the coating?It offers high abrasion resistance and withstands chemicals, including alkalis, diluted acids, salts, mineral oil, and hydrocarbons.Q3. What is the application method?Pre-treat substrate: ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, grease, and loose particles (via grit-blasting, grinding, or water jetting).Mix both parts thoroughly using a mechanical stirrer.Apply by brush or roller at approximately 200 microns.Q4.
