🧾 What is BOPP Gum Tape? BOPP gum tape (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene tape) is a self-adhesive packing tape widely used for carton sealing and packaging. It’s called “gum tape” because it has a sticky adhesive layer — but unlike traditional water-activated gummed paper tape, BOPP gum tape is pressure-sensitive (ready to use without water). ⚙️ Construction Backing film: BOPP (a strong, flexible plastic film).
