91 000 74051 Bostik Block P530 Boscoseal PU-D A one-component, water-based, fast-setting polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It is a liquid-applied coating that cures to form a seamless, flexible, and highly durable protective layer.Primary Function: To provide a high-performance, UV-resistant waterproofing barrier for a wide range of substrates, capable of bridging cracks and accommodating structural movement.Key Features & Benefits:Water-Based & Eco-Friendly: Low VOC, non-flammable, and easier cleanup compared to solvent-based alternatives.High Performance: Withstands 5 bars of hydrostatic pressure and bridges cracks over 3mm.Fast Setting: Recoat in 1-2 hours; ready for tiling in 4-6 hours under ideal conditions (22°C, 50% RH).Excellent Adhesion: Bonds strongly to concrete, masonry, plasterboard, FC sheets, and plywood.UV Resistant: Can be left exposed in external applications with light foot traffic.Damp Surface Tolerant: Can be applied on slightly damp substrates (SSD condition).Questions & Answers (Q&A)Q1: How is this different from other waterproofing membranes?A: Its key differentiator is that it is a water-based, fast-setting polyurethane. Clean thoroughly of all dust, grease, and laitance.Priming: Apply one coat of Bostik Bosco Crete/Block A350 Power mix primer and let it dry completely.Mixing: Stir the PU-D thoroughly for 3-4 minutes with a slow-speed drill to avoid air bubbles.Application: Apply the first coat by brush, roller, or spray.
